Current Positions Available
APARTMENT MAINTENANCE WORKER - FULL TIME
We are looking for an apartment maintenance worker. Starting pay is $22 per hour and goes up based on experience. While we prefer applicants have experience in some trades, we can train the right candidate in basic repairs and work up to completing full renovation projects.
40 hours a week rain, snow, or shine. Paid 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment, and paid major holidays off after 30 days of employment. Extra pay for on-call maintenance work orders. Must have a valid license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT- FULL TIME
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our apartment rental business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, assisting with tenant inquiries, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. You will work closely with property managers and leasing agents to enhance customer service and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Maintain organized office files, records, and databases related to tenant applications, leases, and maintenance requests.

Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and prospective renters, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Leasing Support: Assist in preparing lease agreements, collecting deposits, and coordinating move-in/out procedures.

Scheduling: Manage appointments for property viewings, maintenance requests, and tenant meetings.

Documentation: Prepare and distribute newsletters, memos, and other communications to tenants and staff.

Financial Tasks: Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.

Marketing Support: Help with advertising vacant properties through online listings and social media platforms.

Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations, maintaining records for audits as needed.

Legal Preparations: ensure that all proper documentation for eviction proceedings are in order and properly prepared.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of leasing laws and tenant rights is a plus.
