About Us
Welsh Realty Apartments owns, manages, and maintains over 130 rental properties between Vermont and New Hampshire along the I-91 and I-93 interstate corridors. Welsh Realty has over 30 years experience in managing apartments and three generations of being a family business.
We offer 24 hour emergency coverage and have a full-time maintenance crew. Rentals range from studios, one to three bedroom apartments, mobile homes, duplexes, triplexes, and single family homes.
In New Hampshire we are in the following towns- Campton, Lincoln, Woodsville, North Haverhill, and Littleton.
In Vermont we are in Wilder, Bradford, Newbury, Wells River, and West Burke.
Robby Welsh
Robby is a 2011 graduate of Saint Michael's College with a degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing, environmental studies, and political science. He is the third generation in the apartment rental business; he started when he was 14 cleaning the apartments. Today he manages the full business and is continuing to grow the company.
Bob Welsh
Bob started owning and managing residential rentals in the 1970's in Connecticut. He bought his first rental properties in New Hampshire in 1983 and has been growing the business ever since. Bob is now semi-retired, helping Robby with showings, book keeping, giving sage-like advice and other administrative work.
