About us

Robby is a 2011 graduate of Saint Michael's College with a degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing, environmental studies, and political science. He is the third generation in the apartment rental business; he started when he was 14 cleaning the apartments. Today he manages the full business and is continuing to grow the company.

Bob started owning and managing residential rentals in the 1970's in Connecticut. He bought his first rental properties in New Hampshire in 1983 and has been growing the business ever since. Bob is now semi-retired, helping Robby with showings, book keeping, giving sage-like advice and other administrative work.
